At the end of the day, when we do the math, I am generally less money, and well within reasonable time constraints per square foot, than my best competitors. We move with efficiency. Our approach is well planned out. This is not my first rodeo.

For the last four decades I have built and remodeled extensively in Glenbrook, Nevada. All of the houses that I have built there stand as a testament to my career, withstanding the high elevation, wind, snow, rain and sand with a tenacity that still surprises me to this day.
Glenbrook, Nevada is a small community on the eastern shore of iconic Lake Tahoe. As a contractor, building or remodeling in the Tahoe Basin is no small feat. Aside from the usual hoops and hurdles of any building project, the Tahoe Basin has it’s own special set of agencies and regulations to protect its air and water quality.
